Paid Time Off
Everyone needs to take a break occasionally, to recharge and stay at their best. Vail Resorts believes that these periods of rest and relaxation are essential to your health and well-being.
Schedule and take time off while being mindful of job responsibilities, expectations, business needs and individual performance. Due to the seasonal nature of our operations and the necessity for adequate staffing, taking time off will be at the discretion of the employee’s supervisor and must be approved in advance, subject to applicable law.
When an employee transfers positions, locations or companies, be aware that time off benefits are subject to change. All employees are encouraged to discuss the impact of transfers prior to their transition. Vail Resorts offers various time off plans depending on your employment status and location.
Please review the Employee Guide for your location to learn about the time off policies that may be available to you, depending on your employee classification.
