Programs provided through Hinge Health help prevent and relieve pain from anywhere you are with a personalized plan designed by your dedicated physical therapist and care team. Digital physical therapy utilizes wearable motion sensors, a tablet and best-in-class technology for data collection, real-time feedback, check-ins and support to eliminate pain in your back, joint and muscles.

Employes who are enrolled in a Vail Resorts medical plan and at least 18 years old have access to programs for preventive care, as well as:

• Preventive Care – receive support to help take care of your body today for healthiness tomorrow
• Chronic Pain Management – reduce hard to treat pain without drugs or surgery
• Injury Recovery – reduce pain, restore range of motion and increase strength
• Surgery Care – get pre- and post-surgery support to build strength and improve recovery
• Pelvic Health – women have access to pelvic floor care for pregnancy, postpartum, bladder control, pelvic muscle strengthening or pelvic muscle relaxation
• Expert Medical Review – receive help to make informed decisions on how to treat your pain
