Vail Resorts rewards employees enrolled in a Vail Resorts Medical Plan for taking an active interest in your health and wellness with the opportunity to receive up to an extra $250 in your Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Complete the activities below and your financial rewards will be deposited into your HRA automatically.

Clinical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA) + Biometric Screening: $200
Complete the 20-minute online Clinical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA) and visit your doctor for the biometric screening. Both screenings will provide you with important information on your current health and potential health risks. When your eligible visit is submitted to UMR, the incentive will be automatically deposited into your account once the CHRA has also been completed.

Skin Cancer Screenings: $50
Receive $50 into your HRA for completing a skin cancer screening at your doctor’s office. The screening is covered as 100% preventive care under the Medical Plans, so there are no out-of-pocket expenses. When your eligible visit is submitted to UMR, the incentive will be automatically deposited into your account.

Maternity Management Program: $200 – $400
Healthier women are more likely to have healthy babies and the earlier you enroll, the bigger incentive you will receive. Enroll whether you are considering having a baby or are already expecting. Your nurse coach will support you with:

• Timely prenatal education and follow-up calls each trimester and after the baby is born.
• Refer you to case management if a serious condition arises.
